I was musing earlier today about the direction my business has taken....

When I started out it was all kids toys and gifts.  Gradually there has been a shift towards selling things for the parents and grandparentsof those kids too.  It was not intentional, it just seemed to happen!

When I started selling themed birthday cake candles I did not think about the adults, but it's turned out that lots of people buy them for adults birthday cakes.  From firemen to princesses they are a big hit.

Similarly with the table confetti, after all, adults like to party as well as kids don't they?  So now I stock metallic confetti in all shapes and sizes, including packs of blue and pink 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's.

I now actively seek out nice stuff that adults will like too.  From the new stick a frames that I listed today to the fab new lunch bags.  You'll be the envy of the office with one of those on your desk!

That's enough musing for one day...... I still have lots of Hama beads to list here so I guess the focus is back where I started, on the kids, for the next few hours.

If you register one of these on the Webkinz website this month you get lots of extra items in your virtual Webkinz world. 

If you've not discovered Webkinz yet, go onto the website and take a tour.  It's beautifully done and little and big kids love it!

I can't believe it's March already!  It was good to wake up to a clear blue sky and the sun shining this morning.  Quite a change from the howling gales we had here overnight.

Back to business.....for those that have been asking, this month's Pet of the Month is the Lil Kinz Pig.  A really cute, cuddly pig too it is too.  These little farm animals look as if they could get up to lots of mischief in Webkinz World!

Lots of  kids all over the world are loving the Webkinz World on the Webkinz site.  It's not a faddy site where they log on once and that's it -  they want to keep going back for more and more.  New bits and pieces are constantly being added to it with some great seasonal themes.

Well worth a look for kids age 5 up I think.

This little dog is sooooo cute. Obviously lots of other agreee with me too as he sold out fast.  I discovered he was going to be the Pet of the Month for January and had to wait patiently until today for more to arrive - lots of eager Webkinz fans will be pleased they have arrived back in stock too.

The Pet of the Month concept works by registering  a new POTM during the month, you receive extra virtual goodies on the Webkinz World website.  With new adoptions of the Lil'Kinz Golden Retriever this month you receive Bonus Kinzcash and a special virtual item that cannot be purchased or won another way. 

The concept is lots of fun and it seems to appeal to children of a wide age spectrum.  It looks like British kids are having as much fun with Webkinz as American kids!
