How to change myworld picture?

Hi i have posted the same ? on blog and just answered someone else with same ? i think there must be something wrong on ebays side. I have emailed ebay and as yet am waiting a reply. Really frustrating i know! will keep you posted if i hear anything.xx

is the picture in your eBay picture manager?

Nope i'm doing the file upload option.

Spent ages cutting my head out of a holiday photo and merging it into another. I will try picture manager now.

This error has been going on for about 2 weeks now - please report it. I have reported it twice already. They sent me an email telling me not to report the same problem too many times as it slows down the process. So, hopefully, if "different" members notify them, they will actually do something about it.

Two weeks is ridiculous for a simple site problem like that.

I've tried loading pictures that I've used in the past, and for some reason, they now won't load. So, I know it is not my pictures - it is a site issue.

It's very annoying. It seems like such a simple thing to fix. I think it's important for buyers to see a face when they go to buy something, but, that's just me. lol
