Hoping for a few.. or more sales on e-Bay between now and tomorrow for rent. Got an eviction notice Aug 09 stating that I have within five days to either pay rent or get out.

Okay.

Kind if a short notice but I guess it's legal.

It's not hard to sell things on ebay, it's just hard to make a profit unless your well established and have either a good 'source' or a lot of little things to offer.. Especially with the rise in ebay fees. If your like me where you get things from a supplier and they ship it out for you. It's like this:

I pay $100 for the item;

I sell for $120;

But wait!

Ebay listing fees: $5 - $6 maybe or store fee of 5 cents or so.

Ebay Selling fee: %10 so thats $12;

So I get $2 out of $20..That's not including using paypal which is nearly 4%.

ick. But that's the way it is. Without ebay I might not even get those $2 so I should be more than greatful. And I am, the money has really helped for food and stopping the car insurance from being canceled.lol. This is my first ebay blog so I'll make it short. Plus I need to clean my house a little more, especially the porch which looks more like a storage area than a hang out.

Planning on walking to the flea market to buy some fruit, we'll see how that goes on this hot day. I might just change my mind.
