has anyone else encountered problems with their paypal account?  yesterday, paypal security advised me that a third party had been attempting to access my account/information for the past two or three weeks, so they essentially put a hold or "freeze" on the account until they could sort it out with me directly.  so we sorted it out, after about an hour on the phone.  but i was wondering how often this happens and how something like this could affect business relationships.
