A short history about me:  I have been making dolls since I was 13 years old and needed a present for my little sister Audrey, but I was broke like most kids were at that time so I made her a set of twin baby dolls with button like noses using a pattern that I found in a McCall's magazine and my Mom's quilt scraps.  Audrey loved getting these dolls as much as I loved making them, and I am now making dolls for my grandchildren today. 

I live in Knoxville not far from The Great Smokey Mountains.  I don't have a brick and mortar store front, but I have had an online store for about eight years.  I started out as Crafty Ladies Embroideries as my online store name, but the name attracted to many perverts who kept sending me nasty emails so after a few years I changed my name to Possum Creek Primitives.  This name did not attract so many perverts, but it did not attract many customers either.  I finally changed it again to Raggedy Britches in October 2007.  This name seems to suit me especially since I keep getting bleach spots on my britches, and you all know what happens when you get bleach spots on your britches.  The spots soon become little holes, and then the little holes become big holes so soon I will rsemble my name I guess.  Maybe my Ebay ship will come in, and I can afford a new pair of britches before that happens. 

I am sorry to say that it is time for me to hush up and get ready for bed.  I got a big day of school tomorrow trying to learn how to file taxes.  I took the class last year, but I need a refresher course this year.  I am like old Schultz from Hogan's Heros.  I KNOW NOTHING!  Oh the things my hubby puts me through to save a few bucks on filing his taxes!  Last year I paid $99 for the class, and then worked for them a little bit, and filed my taxes for free.  We saved $485.  This year I will pay $25 for my classes, work for them a little bit, and will probably save over $500 because our taxes are more complicated this year!  Good Night you all!
