eBay Seller Stealing My Train PicturesPosted 15-May-08 14:04:59 BST Updated 15-May-08 14:14:21 BST One of my customers emailed me this morning and said that another seller is stealing my pictures for their auctions. So I went over and checked both sites... sure enough... we got a dastardly thief on our hands! Both of these pictures are identical. I took the pictures in my back yard with a white towel over the table and a evergreen tree scrub in the background. I used a green stand to put the trains on. The angles is even similar. If a customer can recognize my pictures... The fact that his picture is blurry and has less resolution should be obvious whose picture was original and who was copying... So I contacted eBay and they told me to write the the "Trust and Safety team" and make a complaint. So jump on my train, we're gonna ride on this fool! :) Your temporarily insane conductor... John P.S. Has this ever happened to anyone before? What did you do about it and was it resolved? P.P.S. Do we get money? :) P.P.P.S. Remember, if you are not in the garage operating your Model Steam Train, quite frankly you just aren't living... :-)
