Hello.As an international seller,I have shipped the items more than 2,000 times in recent years.

To let the buyers understand my work visibly,I always ship the items by Registered airmail and EMS,thus telling the buyers the registered number(in case of registered airmail) and online tracking number(EMS).

Usually in case of registered airmail,Japan Post can pay the senders(Me in this case) up to 6,000 yen in case of delivery failure.But to let Japan Post judge the case delivery failure, it usually takes more than one month.

But I decide that one month is a usual patience limit for the buyers who have imported the items from Japan but do not have received the items yet.So I would fully or partially refund the buyers when they do not have received the items in one month after the buyers' payment.

But sometimes the hasty buyers like him/she used paypal claim(buyer complain program,"Item Not Received") to cause paypal withhold the payment.

In this case the buyers says that he/she must receive the item in one week.I think that's ridiculous,but that's the buyer's opinion.

I sometimes import the items from overseas ,but I usually wait one month for airmail shipping.I would like all ebayers to have patience in case of international trading.
