Unprofessional????

I opened a dispute on someone after they ignored my payment reminders and they responded in the dispute that its unprofessional to open the dispute without reminding them to pay again.  What is wrong with some people??  I am VERY lenient when it comes to payment all i ask is that you contact me and let me know that something came up or what not.  Oh well one more for the blocked list.
