We've got shea butter on sale...and lots of it.  We are selling 24 pounds of raw shea butter in our store for just $95.  If you are a soapmaker or herbalist, just imagine what you can do with all that shea butter.

• Let's say you resell the shea butter wholesale at $7 per pound...that's $168 in sales just from packaging the shea butter raw.

So I have found my new passion...soap making. 

My grandmother first introduced me to lye soap when I was a little girl.  I never joined in, but I liked to watch.  Many years later, I have discovered other ways that I can make soap, even without the sprawling South Carolina backyard my grandmother had.  Making soap and other products allows me me to reach back to moments I enjoyed with one of my favorite people and also have a clean (literally) hobby to enjoy.  Making soap is much like cooking.  There is measuring involved, it's done in a kitchen, and it involves either following a recipe or making your own.  For the past year, I have used raw African black soap and unrefined shea butter on my face, body and hair and I incorporate those into my own products. 

Does anyone know of a good ebay group for soap makers and crafters who make their own natural products?
