I have 1 negative feedback, below is what transpired.
The item in question---my ad: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230193588593
Dear dyana_prince05,
Hello,
I received the purse today and I have to let you know that I was disappointed in it's condition, as it is not in practically new condition as described. Your ad stated that it was only used twice, but the corners have scuffs and wear similar to what I see in my other Nile Domed Satchels after months of use. I had intended to give this bag as a gift, but I will not be able to. I realize that you do not have a return policy, but I do not feel that I paid a fair price for this item, considering that it is in good used condition instead of practically new.
Sincerely,
- blondemensan
Dear blondemensan,
Im sorry that you are disappointed with the bag; I did accurately describe the bag, as I only used it twice. I also noted that all questions should be asked prior to bidding and all sales are final. I would have also sent additional pictures if asked. There is no difference in ?good used condition? and ?practically new?, both indicate the bag is used. I in no way implied that this was brand new bag.
- dyana_prince05
Dear dyana_prince05,
Practically new means that although it is not new, it is new for all practical purposes. That means no damage. Good used condition means that it has normal wear from being used, which would be an accurate way to describe this purse. Because you described the bag as practically new, I did not have any reason to ask for additional pictures, because there should not have been anything to see. I hope as an honest seller it is your goal to be sure that the folks who buy from you are happy with their transaction. I would like to come to an agreement that is acceptable to both of us, such as a refund of my shipping fees, which would allow me to resell the bag, although I will not not be able to get the same amount for it because I will have to disclose that it has some wear. My only other option is to file a dispute with my credit card and return the bag to you, which will allow me to get a full refund of the purchase price and shipping but is a lot of trouble.
Sincerely,
- blondemensan
Dear blondemensan,
My posting states ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, I am willing to compromise and do the following: when you post the bag for resale, let me know and I will watch it, if the bag sells for less than what you pay for it then I will refund you the shipping cost only ($10). I had other bidders on this purse and they all asked questions before bidding, it appears that you placed a bid at the very end of the auction and may have exercised your right to impulse bid and snip the other bidders. Please do not threaten me with calling your credit card company, they do investigate and I will ensure to inform the REAL situation.- dyana_prince05
Dear dyana_prince05,
It was not my intent to threaten you, I am trying to come to an amicable solution. I watched this item for days and I read your ad carefully; this issue is not due to an impulse bid but rather a disagreement over the meaning of "practically new". I will relist the bag, but I will not be able to send it to the new owner until I have received the shipping credit, in order to protect myself. I will send you the item number once it has been listed.
- blondemensan
Dear blondemensan,
Ok, as stated in my previous email let me know when the bag is listed and I will watch, if the bag sells for less than what you pay for it then I will refund you the shipping cost only ($10).
- dyana_prince05
THE BUYER RELISTED THE PURSE, TAKE NOTE OF THE DESCRIPTION, IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO STATE THAT SHE WAS UNHAPPY AND THAT IT WAS A BADLY USED PURSE:
Dear dyana_prince05,
I have listed the purse. The item number is 290188092837. Hopefully it will sell at the price we need it to.

Dear dyana_prince05,
Hello,
The auction has ended, and the bag sold for $93. I paid you $97 ($87 plus $10 shipping) and also had to pay a listing fee of $3, not to mention my time to list and ship the bag. It was not my intent to make money, so I am not asking for a refund of $10, but I would greatly appreciate a refund of $7 so that I will not lose money on this transaction.
Thank you,
- blondemensan
Dear blondemensan,
The deal was if the bag sells for less than what you sold it for I would pay you the $10. You have made a profit. You sold the bag at $93 AND you are chargin $13.95 for shipping. That is a total of 106.95--still over the amount in which you paid for the purse.
- dyana_prince05
Dear dyana_prince05,
I paid $97 to get it from you, $3 listing fees, $3 final value fees, and paid $8 to ship it. Even using your math, I have lost $5. You are very good at justifying your actions to yourself, but you mislead people in your ads and you have a horrible attitude, and I am just glad that there are not very many people like you on ebay.

The next thing that happed was this buyer waited a while until my item cleared her feedback page and then left negative feedback for me stating that I had a bad attitude.
