Skydiving?

So, I friend just ask recently if I wanted to go skydiving with a group.  It will cost $150, and I'll get a tandem dive with about 60 seconds of freefall. 

Is this worth it?  I've always wanted to try it, but thats expensive for me at the moment.  We shall see.  I might have to hold off until I'm a little richer before I go, but then again I don't want to turn down what I'm sure will be a once in a lifetime experience.  Comments and experiences would be most welcome.
