More information on feedback and fee changes

It looks like there's going to be a sellers strike from the 18th February 2008. I would like to state that I won't be taking part, eBay provides me with a virtually exclusive avenue to sell goods that I could not do by other means.
I am dissapointed with their changes, and I do not believe for one minute that they are expanding the teams that deal with bad bidders, but what can we mere mortals do.
I have done some maths and I think that I might just about save some money in fees, as I already offer a good service to my buyers. I can make a few tweeks to speed things up, and I'm looking at ways to let buyers understand that the costs incurred in sending an item are not just what you see on the postage label.
That's it for the moment, thanks for the previous comments.
