Boohoo... I was given a negative feedback this week :( I can't beleive it, it was a genuine mistake, i had the wrong photo in my listing, a very easy mistake to make, as anyone who does bulk listings will know. The lady didnt even give me chance to rectify the problem, which I would have happily done, instead, she left me a nasty message in my 'my messages' box and a nasty feedback, and to top it all, I went into the shop today, opened my mail and there was a letter from her calling me a con artsist and a cheat! Im trying to 'not bother' about it but its difficult, when I genuinely try my best to keep all of my customers happy. Anyway, I have reported her to ebay now, not that they will do much but it made me feel better!
