Seems a long time since February, I have packed so much in!
This month, I have some fantastic news, I have joined a very exclusive group ACES -whose ethos and policies, fit in beautifully with what I would like to achieve, a safe honest ebay place to be. I include
a small note in with all my parcels with details of how to contact me
if your items is not quite as expected for any reason; (such as do not
like the colour, it doesnt fit me etc); I spend a lot of time listing
and photographing items, and take time to list everything I can
about an item;
But, people have different expectations and viewpoints on colour, fit etc.
With
the majority of my items I can exchange for a different colour or size,
or if the item is misdescribed or simply not as you want, I have a
refunds and returns policy, please see my FAQ's.

Please note, this is my full time business (registered with the Inland
Revenue), I am an honest decent seller, and not out to "rip" anyone
off.
Designer_clothing_4_u is my only listing account, and it is
here for the life of my business; as such if you feel the need to leave
adverse feedback, please give me the courtesy of contacting me first. I
admit I am human, I make mistakes; perfection and telepathy are
not within my reach (though I do sincerely try).

Unfortunately
due to several fraudulent non delivery claims, I now only send first
class recorded or international signed for (without exception), I
realise that on low value items this is a pain, but it is the only way
to get seller and buyer paypal protection and make the market place a
safe venue for us all. This is something I have committed too as a
member of ACES. All prices are given up front before you bid, there
are no hidden checkout charges with me!
