These are still the same you will be pleased to know. I
pride myself on honest, fair pricing for my postal charges, everything
is based on weight - which is given on the listing in a weight
bracket. My postal charge include the label, self adhesive catalogue
bags, petrol, and a contribution to my time, and postage is usually
under or approx £1 over the actual cost of Royal Mail. This I believe
is the fairest approach. If you purchase more than one item, they are
weighed together and sent at cost plus £1 flat rate - that is it, (not
even £1 per item!) this means that buying in bulk is very cheap with
me, unlike other sellers, who fleece their buyers on postage -
everything is sent recorded (unless special works out cheaper) - I pass
all savings onto my customers. However, I weigh items at home, if you
think your postage is unfair on receipt, let me know, and send me a
copy of the franking impression, I will gladly refund the difference if
over £1.

Who Am I?
Anyway this is about me, hi, I am Suz, I live in Cheshire with my gorgeous boyfriend and partner (Chris) who thinks I love ebay
more than him (!) I am nearly 31, and my pets include 4 piranha's... I
live to travel, and love hot weather, as it makes me feel soooo much
better. I love to read, and watch the Bill... (we all have our vices!)
When am I online?
I
am online throughout the day, everyday - I update my online times on my
shop's page - good place to check if you want to know where I am.
Also, please use my messages every time to contact me, my email address
is not overly reliable. I go to the post office at 10am most days, so
payments received after 9am will mean your parcel is sent the next day.

advance notice of special offers and new lines?
Feedback
All that remains to say, is happy shopping, if you love what you have received - tell the world via feedback, if for any
reason you are unhappy - tell me before leaving feedback, as my
existing customers know, I do try, but mind reading isn't a
speciality!
I
have an allergy to unhappy customers, so I try to ensure at all times,
that you are a 100% happy bunny, I am human and I do make mistakes
(though these are getting less as I learn more).
Following
customer comments and emails, I am no longer mutually withdrawing
feedback, (only in very exceptional circumstances) as my customers feel
that seeing feedback withdrawal means poor feedback (in the past I have
withdrawn negs for my buyers!). As such, if you have an issue with
your item or are for any reason unhappy - let me know, I can and will
willingly put most things right.
