O2 Announce iPhone 3G Pay & Go Details

O2 have announced details about the iPhone 3G Pay & Go. Currently, the iPhone 3G is only available on contract, however from 16 September, Pay & Go customers will also be able to benefit from what the iPhone has to offer.

The 8GB version will cost £349.99, while the 16GB version will sell for £399.99. While this does include unlimited browsing and Wi-Fi for a year, it's still very expensive.

However, you can get the iPhone 3G on Pay & Go for FREE, in a completely legal and genuine way.

How?

1. Register with a site that offers the iPhone 3G Pay & Go, by clicking on the image below.

2. You then need to complete an offer from an advertiser. This doesn't have to cost you a penny but is essential for you to be eligible to get your iPhone, as this is how the site generates revenue. For example, you could sign up to a two week free trial of LOVEFiLM (an online DVD rental service), open a current account with HSBC or apply for a GM credit card. There are other offers available too, such as Gala Bingo, that require a £5 deposit.

3. You then need to refer your friends (using your referral link) and get them to do the same. Once you have enough referrals, you can claim your free iPhone!

How can products such as an iPhone be given away for free?

When you or your referrals sign up and complete an offer with an advertiser (such as a free trial with LOVEFiLM), the site offering the gifts receive a commission. They can then use this money to send you your gift.

Where do I start?

Click the iPhone image below and register, complete an offer with an advertiser then refer your friends.

FAQs

How many referrals do I need to get my free iPhone 3G?

16 are needed for the 8GB version or 19 for the 16GB version. This may seem a lot, but remember the iPhone 3G is a very expensive product!

What other gifts are available?

Here's a list of gifts that you can get for free:

Do I need a credit/debit card?

Most offers do require a valid credit/debit card, even if they're free, such as LOVEFiLM, who use it to verify your identity. They will also charge it if you don't cancel the trial before it ends.

Can I have more than one account?

No, you can't have more than one account on the same site, as this could be considered as fraud, but you can have more than one account on the same network. For example, you could have an account with wii.real-incentives and apple.real-incentives.

Can I refer people in my household?

No, accounts are limited to one per household. You can refer other friends/family members as long as they don't sign up using your internet connection, doing so could jeopardise your account.

Can you explain more about "offers"?

When you register with a site that provides sought-after products for free, a vital requirement is that you complete an offer. All this means is that you have to register with one of their partners (such as LOVEFiLM or Coral) via your account, ie, when you've logged into the site (such as Real Incentives), you need to click an offer on the 'Offers' page. You'll then be taken to the advertiser's page where you can register and complete the offer. Please ensure your browser has cookies enabled so that the offer you choose can be traced back to the site you came from so that your status can be updated to show that you have completed an offer.

Offers will vary depending on the network you sign up to (a network is a group of sites that are operated by the same organisation), but there are a couple of free ones, (such as LOVEFiLM or the GM credit card) and ones that require a small fee (such as Coral or Gala Bingo that require a £5 deposit to be spent). Note you cannot complete the same offer more than once, ie, you can't sign up to lots of sites and do the LOVEFiLM trial with all of them.

Once you have completed an offer and got the number of referrals you need, you can claim your gift!

Can I complete offers if I don't live in the UK?

Yes, most networks have offers for people in the UK and the USA.

Will I receive spam if I sign up?

No, you will never receive spam (junk email) if you sign up to any networks via this blog, both Real-Incentives and Freebiejeebies respect your privacy.

I'm still not sure, will this really work?

Yes! It may take a bit of time but it will be worth it. If you want to convince yourself, why not start with a smaller gift, such as an iPod Shuffle or Guitar Hero for the Wii and don't forget to check out the 'I Got My Free Item' section on eXceem.

Get Into Shape with a Free Wii Fit!

You've probably heard of Wii Fit, an accessory for the Nintendo Wii games console that helps you keep fit through a variety of fun games and exercises.

Wii Fit has four training modes - Yoga, Balance Games, Strength Training and Aerobics. An on screen instructor will train you in various Yoga exercises, while the Balance Games include skiing down a mountain. Strength Training enables you to build and tone muscle whereas Aerobics can help you tone your body.

However, with a RRP of around £70, it isn't a cheap way of getting into fitness. Thankfully, there is a way of getting one for free online, genuinely and legally, see my earlier blog post for details.

The Olympics Have Ended in Beijing - What was your highlight?

The 2008 Olympic Games have come to an end after a spectacular closing ceremony at the Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing.

One of the highlights has to be Usain Bolt, who bagged three gold medals for Jamaica and three world records in the men's 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay. His performances were unbelievable, he even slowed down towards the end of the 100m as he knew he'd won and yet still managed to get a world record with a time of 9.69 seconds.

What will you remember from the 2008 Olympics?

Meanwhile the countdown to 2012 has begun, will London be able to match the standard of the opening and closing ceremonies that we saw in Beijing, as well as the organisation of the Games themselves?

Bruges - A Lovely Place to Visit

I had a short break in Bruges, Belgium a couple of weeks ago. We travelled by Eurostar from London to Brussels (just under two hours) and then got the train from there to Bruges (about an hour).

There are many tourist attractions and sights to see in Bruges. You can climb the Belfry in the main square and get a lovely view of the city, visit a brewery (of which there are two) and have a guided tour and a sample of the local beer. You can also have a boat ride along the canal, take a city bus tour, or see the sights by horse and cart. There are also many chocolate shops where you can buy fresh Belgian chocolate to take home.

There are plenty of restaurants in Bruges, we found an excellent family run Italian, called La Romagna. It's a fairly small restaurant but the food and service were great, couldn't fault it (and it's smoke free).

While I was there I had a play with the iPhone 3G in an Apple reseller store and very nice it is too. The interface is very intuitive and extremely easy to use. The screen was crystal clear and from using it for just a few minutes, I could see why the demand is so high. I don't recommend buying one in Bruges though, as at this particular store, the 8GB version was priced at a huge €525 (about £410). It's just as well that you can get one for free, see my earlier blog post for details.
