Well, this is the first time that I have ever done a blog so here goes.

I decided to make myself an afghan, so I got on the net and looked up some pattern ideas. There were tons and tons of cute afghans. Then I saw a pic of a Granny Square Afghan and know that was what I wanted to do. So I did. If I can get a photo up I will show it to everyone. It was really neat picking out all the different colors I was going to use. I used some colors that I had used in gifts for other people in my family. Some colors I just bought new. I couldnt decide if I wanted to use black for the borders or multi colored. I finally decided to use black when I went to the store and they had their extra large skeins on sale. So I was all set to go. The Whole Process Took about four months all together. I still have some left over squares that I want to turn in to a shawl. But right now I am making a Blanket for My goddaughter. Peace Out
