I NICELY EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND WAIT FOR A REPLY..I SEND AN EBAY MESSAGE AS WELL AS AN EMAIL JUST TO MAKE SURE MY MESSAGE GETS THROUGH... THEN WE WORK OUT THE PROBLEM WITH EXCHANGE/ MONEY BACK ETC.. WHAT EVER THEIR POLICY IS..I WORK WITH THEM...THEY ARE HUMAN AS WELL AS I AM..AND MOST ARE DECENT PEOPLE AS AM I....... IF I SELL AN ITEM AND ITS NEW IN BOX, THAT MEANS I ACQUIRED IT NEW IN BOX,I DON'T OPEN IT AND I CERTAINLY DON'T MANUFACTOR IT!
