Can anybody recommend an accounts package that is capable of processing the CSV file that Ebay produces?

I have been spending loads of time manually editing this file but would like to find a better way of doing my accounts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wouldn't it be nice if the buyer could tell you why they didn't purchase the item they were just looking at.

Some items have over 100 hits and nobody buys it. WHY NOT what is the problem?

Giving the buyer a form to fill in or options like:

1. Item too expensive.

2. Post too dear

3. Better description required.

4. Better picture required.

Has anymore else a thought on this matter.

If the sellers knew this it would help increase sales.
