 | Improving Listings & CheckoutPosted 29-Nov-07 16:00:49 GMT This month has been one of upheaval at Buyatool we have automated our processing system to ensure orders are sent as quickly as possible. We are now in the process of updating all of our listings to ensure that its clear that all buyers must check out to take advantage of the new system. Customer who are paying by cheque, postal order, cash on collection or credit card over the phone all need to checkout first to ensure their details are sent to us. It may sound a little bit of a hassle but its really just two or three click after purchase! The only problems we have had so far have been with customers wanting to change the delivery address after paying for goods with Pay Pal. We ask that customers keep their eBay address books updated and treat eBay like you would any other website and provide only the address you want the goods sending to! We hope that customers notice a faster delivery time and better communication, we welcome any feedback and comments you have. |
