Now I know it's only June but in Magic Dragon Land you have to think ahead.

Magic Dragon will be most upset when his little friends start to leave in time to get to the North Pole for the big day, so we have to prepare him now! We are already starting to get the stock organised so that there will be plenty of choice for all the busy Mums and Dads.

We have just gots loads of exciting GUND Baby stuff in and we are stocking up on our Calafant models. The castles, palaces and tree houses are really popular and at only £8.99 a bargain and re-cycleable. Lots of eductional toys on the way, Mums and Dads like them, playing and learning, how clever is that!

As to which is THE TOY this year who knows.......?

I like the Baby Stella dolls because you can get lots of bits to go with them, yet again the Imajo dolls are so cute, then there's Groovy Girls MMMMMMM tricky. You choose!

Will have to Get Magic Dragon to consult the magic crystal!

The Magic Dragon has been well and truly grounded this week. No flights out to visit friends, no trips to the park for kite flying and definately no sausages for tea.

As reported in the last blog, the Magic Dragon has had very green eyes, ever since the arrival of the new T Rex  baby soft toys. Well he was upstairs playing as usual and I thought it had gone very quiet ( always a bad sign!) I heard him trip to the utility room and thought no more about it, until I heard the washing machine!!

Twelve T Rex's whirring around in the machine.!!

Well Magic was in deep do-do!

" You said they could be washed in the machine" he whispered.

" I did use the 30C program and the non-bio washing powder"

Words cannot express my expression, but dumb-struck I was not!

" And I don't need your breathe to dry them. Thank you very much!!!"

Let's just hope the customers don't notice.

The Magic Dragon has been a bit strange this week. I couldn't really get to the bottom of why he was totally off his food until I realised the strange behaviour, coincideded with the arrival of the new T Rex's. Cute, green and softer than before I am sure they will soon make loads of friends.

Magic has been decidedly cool with them, could be he is a little "green". I will have to think of a way to cheer him up. Perhaps a plate of his favourite food curry, a good beef madras may do the trick.

Off to visit "The Spice Cook" for inspiration!

It all went quite well really, except when the kite landed amongst a picnicking family and Magic went to retrieve it!  Well..........shall I say, soggy sandy sandwiches are one thing; but soggy sandy sandwiches which have been dragon trampled are another! 

Anyway, to cut a long story short, we ( Magic and Me) have introduced another family to the joys of kite flying! We had to give them the kite to calm them down, so that's the profit gone for this week.

I think Magic will have to stick to roaring, breathing fire and other less energetic pursuits. Now I wonder if i can teach him to ride the scoot along bike,? I do have a lovely pink one just yearning for a good home... mmm........

Now that Spring really is here, Magic Dragon feels the urge to go out into the great outdoors! As you can imagine, we have to watch him as he can get a bit over-excitable and that dragon's breathe can cause some real problems. We thought if we got him something to occupy his mind, he might run more and breathe fire less! He certainly needs the exercise and  is getting just a tiny bit podgy round the middle.

Anyway, to cut a long story short we got some kites in. Just the right size for little people and dragons! He likes the Zipaway best, as he can tuck it in his pocket, but the mini kites are all great and it's hard to choose the best. Get exercising and follow Magic's lead.
