lemon to taste

Filling

1 lge can crushed pineapple

1 fresh coconut

2 c sugar

1 c water

juice & rind of lemon

Boil for ten minutes, then add two tablespoons cornstarch and cook until thick.

Use filling as icing layer on cake between layers and on top.
