1 fresh coconut

2 cups sugar

Juice and rind of lemon

Boil for 10 minutes, then add two tablespoons cornstarch and cook until thick.

Peanut Butter Balls

2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs

2 sticks butter melted

½ cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

1 box 4x sugar

mix all of above in bowl working with hands until well mixed. Then make into balls

After balls are ready

Melt ½ block chocolate into double boiler

Add a small pack of chocolate chips

When all is melted and creamy drop in balls to coat them well. Then place covered balls on wax paper to cool and dry.

I'm still experimenting with the air draw but, overall I like it.

  I'm getting a solid two mpg on combined city/highway travel.

  I put in a toggle switch in to turn it off when I'm in stop and go traffic because it raises my exhaust
temp.  (the computer enriches the fuel mixture to try to cool things down)  

The trip to Talladega wasn't a good gauge of highway mileage but, at
eighty+ mph

 I got twenty two mpg which is awesome for my car, a two
and a half mpg gain at that speed.
