Hello everyone!

I did something very stupid that I normally don't do. I bid on an item that said "free shipping" then later I noticed it said it had a manditory "wrapper fee" of $13.00  

If I would of seen this before I would not have bid on it. How do I retract my bid? Thank you all for your help!
