What a week that was! It started normal enough....work...work...work....but then on tuesday eldest daughter(23yr) asked if she could have a puppy?! The answer was an immediate and resounding NO!!!!!!!!!! So wednesday was spent chatting to the guys in work about the usuall bikes/guitars(all the important things in life!)and they too agreed that dogs are bad news.....make a mess etc etc

so thursday i arrive home to find 'archie'having his tea.......and i wasnt to disturb him! Archie i noticed was a rather small white thing,about the size of a guinea pig...and a small one at that!

So we now have a 8wk old jack russel puppy.....and i do so hope he becomes more obedient than the eldest daughter!......Still,hes here now,and having spent a small fortune on beds,car crates,toys,food,bowls,books and other 'essential'bits n bobs i must admit to becoming quite fond of the little thing

So that was my week.....as i write,hes asleep at my feet.....well...whats left of them since he does enjoy chasing/chewing things and as my toes appear to fit the bill/close to ground level then they are usually in the firing line!

Im dreading this coming week........number two daughter has just been watching 'crocodile dundee'!!!!!!!!!!
