It happenes. everyone cannot be pleased.

If it was not for negative feedback, I would not have pushed SOOOOOOO hard ti improve my ratings :P

The new feedback system actually works in the favor of some sellers- its very easy to cancel out a negative by doing your best after that. i had 99.7%, then when the "change" happened, it went up to 99.9%. now i am back to 100%!

Kooky bidders happen. Its just a part of doing business. Brick and mortar stores encounter them too- they just do not have a ratings system for people to see.

Keep your chin up- its just a part of selling on Ebay!

You cannot always win no matter how hard you try and how good you do.

Just keep in mine that communication is key. A buyer who has spoken to you each step of the way is more likely to report a problem to you BEFORE leaving a negative.

As an artist myself, I know how hard it can be to make a living off my passion.
There are ups and downs and in todays rough economy, making a sale is not as easy as it once was.

Why should people on Ebay support artists?

*If you are in the US and you are supporting US artists, you are helping the economy. I know that personally, the more money I have leftover after bills, the more I can spend on Ebay. I have a list of things I want or need but until I meet my necessities, those bids are on hold.

*Original art makes a GREAT gift! Just browse on Ebay and I am sure you will see some art that would be great for a friend or loved one- on their wall or maybe their desk at work. You don't have to spend a lot to get something really cool!

* Art can be affordable. You do not have to be rich to be an art collector. ACEO's for example make a great item to collect. GREAT for kids to collect too!

I enjoy what I do. I support artists every chance I have- at Christmas, I bypassed store bought gifts as much as possible and bought everyone something handmade. I made it my goal to buy from artists as much as possible and I plan to continue with that this holiday season as well.

Take a moment and browse the art section on Ebay. I am sure you will find a world of beauty you may not have discovered before!
