Well, I was so excited when the latest shipment arrived. Its not just because I sell these gorgeous pieces but because I am so happy when we have new intro's added to our pattern!

Anyway, I received the new Trinket Boxes, they are a wonderful size and gorgeous....but unfortunately, I had to send every darn one back !! They were damaged!! Some had cracks clear through from side to side and the rest when you opened the lid, the brass ring that attached the top to the bottom was off. I don't believe any of these damages ocurred in shipping to me, I believe they were damaged enroute to Royal Doulton's Main Shipping Center. You would have to open each and every box to see the damage. So they have been returned and replacement ones will be here shortly.

Just a quick update today ....to let you know that for some reason the original round "NAPKIN RINGS" from Royal Albert in the Old Country Rose Pattern were recently discontinued and then reintroduced again last month. At a quick glance the "NEW" look identical to the original, but ....if you look at them closely, there is a difference....the "NAPKIN RING" itself is FLATTER in the new design, to prevent the "RING" from rolling at the place settings!

So now when you set your Table you will have each Napkin Set facing upward with the full Old Country Rose Rose design in total view!
